WELCOME TO THE Spring 2024 REGISTRATION!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

RETURNING FAMILY

If you are a returning family please login to your existing Sports Engine Account to register for the 2024 season.  You do not need to create a new account.   For password reset instructions please CLICK HERE.

NEW FAMILY

If you are new to our league, you must create a new family account in  order to register.  Please click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT to get started.  

WHAT YOU NEED TO REGISTER

Please have the following information handy when you are ready to register your players:

• Mastercard, Visa or Checkbook
• Parent & player contact information
• Emergency contact information
• Players primary care doctor information
• Medical insurance information
